آیا یادگیری طراحی آکادمیک برای همهٔ هنرجویان نقاشی ضروری است؟

یکی از مهم‌ترین و چالش‌برانگیزترین پرسش‌ها در آموزش نقاشی این است که آیا همهٔ هنرجویان، فارغ از سن، هدف و مسیر هنری‌شان، باید الزاماً طراحی آکادمیک را بیاموزند یا نه. پاسخ این پرسش، برخلاف تصور رایج، یک «بله یا خیر» ساده نیست.

به‌عنوان نقاش و مدرس نقاشی، در سال‌های تدریس بارها با این پیش‌ فرض مواجه شده‌ام که طراحی، مسیری واحد و اجتناب‌ ناپذیر برای همه است؛ گویی هر کسی که وارد کلاس نقاشی می‌شود، الزاماً باید یک طراح حرفه‌ای شود. این مقاله تلاشی است برای نقد این نگاه یکسان‌ ساز، از منظر تجربهٔ کلاس درس و با تکیه بر ادبیات معتبر آموزش هنر.

در نظریه‌های آموزش هنر، طراحی معمولاً به‌ عنوان ابزاری برای تقویت مشاهده، درک ساختار، و هماهنگی چشم و دست تعریف می‌شود، نه الزاماً به‌عنوان هدف نهایی. الیوت آیزنر (Elliot Eisner)، یکی از مهم‌ترین و معتبرترین نظریه‌ پردازان آموزش هنر در قرن بیستم، تأکید می‌کند که مهارت‌های فنی تنها زمانی معنا دارند که در خدمت یک هدف تربیتی مشخص قرار بگیرند. از نگاه آیزنر، طراحی یکی از مسیرهای رشد ادراک بصری است، نه مقصد نهایی آموزش هنر.

تجربهٔ آموزشی و پژوهش‌های موجود نشان می‌دهد هنرجویان با اهداف بسیار متفاوتی وارد کلاس‌های نقاشی می‌شوند؛ از یادگیری حرفه‌ای و آکادمیک گرفته تا بیان شخصی، خلاقیت، آرامش روانی، هنر‌درمانی، آموزش کودک و رشد شناختی. هاوارد گاردنر (Howard Gardner) در نظریهٔ «هوش‌های چندگانه» به‌روشنی توضیح می‌دهد که انسان‌ها از مسیرهای شناختی یکسانی رشد نمی‌کنند و آموزش هنر، اگر بخواهد انسانی و مؤثر باشد، باید متناسب با تفاوت‌های فردی طراحی شود.

در این میان، نظریات ویکتور لوونفلد (Viktor Lowenfeld)، از پایه‌گذاران اصلی آموزش هنر معاصر، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای دارند. لوونفلد نشان می‌دهد کودکان و نوجوانان در مراحل مختلف رشد، درک متفاوتی از فرم، فضا و بازنمایی دارند. الزام به طراحی واقع‌ گرایانه در سنین پایین، بنا بر پژوهش‌های او، می‌تواند به کاهش خلاقیت، افزایش اضطراب و حتی ترک کامل هنر منجر شود.

نکتهٔ مهم این است که منطق رشدی لوونفلد محدود به کودک نیست؛ بلکه به‌ صورت مفهومی به همهٔ سنین قابل تعمیم است. او بازهٔ ۱۲ تا ۱۸ سالگی را بحرانی‌ترین مرحلهٔ آموزش هنر می‌داند و هشدار می‌دهد که تحمیل طراحی آکادمیک در این دوره می‌تواند بسیاری از افراد را برای همیشه از هنر دور کند. در ادامهٔ این منطق، طراحی در سنین ۱۸ تا ۳۰ سالگی نیز باید یک انتخاب آگاهانه باشد، نه یک وظیفهٔ همگانی. در کلاس‌های واقعی، بارها دیده‌ام که یک هنرجوی ۲۵ ساله از نظر بیان تصویری، در مرحله‌ای مشابه یک نوجوان قرار دارد، یا فردی ۴۰ ساله تازه جرأت بیان تصویری پیدا کرده است. تحمیل طراحی کلاسیک بر اساس سن شناسنامه‌ای، این فرض نادرست را می‌سازد که همهٔ افراد «هم‌مرحله» هستند، در حالی که چنین نیست.

گروه سنی ۳۰ تا ۵۵ سال، که بخش بزرگی از هنرجویان کلاس‌های خصوصی را تشکیل می‌دهند، اغلب در نظام‌های آموزش هنر نادیده گرفته می‌شوند. این افراد الزاماً «نیاز به درست کشیدن» ندارند؛ نیاز اصلی آن‌ها اجازهٔ بیان است. تحمیل طراحی سخت و آکادمیک به این گروه، معمولاً اضطراب می‌سازد، خاطره‌های ناخوشایند مدرسه را زنده می‌کند و در نهایت به ترک کلاس منجر می‌شود.

در یک جمع‌بندی رشدی، می‌توان گفت: طراحی برای بعضی هنرجویان ضروری است، برای بعضی مفید است، و برای بعضی زودهنگام یا حتی مخرب.

بر اساس دیدگاه رشدی لوونفلد، آموزش هنر در هر سنی باید با مرحلهٔ رشد تصویری و هدف فرد هماهنگ باشد؛ سن بالاتر، به‌تنهایی، توجیهی برای تحمیل آموزش آکادمیک طراحی نیست.

در تاریخ هنر معاصر نیز، نمونه‌های روشنی وجود دارد از هنرمندان تثبیت‌ شده‌ای که پس از سال‌ها آموزش، تمرین و زیست هنری مداوم، آگاهانه تصمیم گرفتند زبان طراحی کلاسیک را کنار بگذارند. این تصمیم نه از ناتوانی، بلکه در پاسخ به مسائل مفهومی و ادراکی آن‌ها شکل گرفت. دِ کونینگ( طراحی قدرتمندی داشت و آگاهانه آن را فروپاشید)؛ پیکاسو (طراحی کلاسیک را به‌خوبی می‌دانست و سپس کوبیسم را بنیان گذاشت)؛ پولاک (تعلیم‌ دیده بود و مسئله‌اش عبور از کنترل آگاهانه بود)؛ روتکو (از فیگوراسیون به میدان ادراک رنگ رسید).

وجه مشترک همهٔ این هنرمندان، جایگاه تثبیت‌ شدهٔ آن‌ها در میدان هنر و سال‌ها زیست هنری پیوسته بود. آن‌ها در ابتدای مسیر هنرجو بودند، اما با استمرار، تعهد و انتخاب آگاهانه، از هنرجو به هنرآموز و سپس به هنرمندان جهانی تبدیل شدند.

اگر بخواهم تفاوت «هنرجو» و «هنرآموز» را خیلی ساده بگویم: هنرجو می‌آموزد چون باید  به دلیلی مخصوص خودش در آن دوره هنری را بیاموزد؛ اما هنرآموز می‌آموزد چون می‌خواهد، و مسئلهٔ اصلی زندگی‌اش هنر است، نه چیزی دیگر.

آیزنر بار دیگر یادآوری می‌کند که آموزش هنر یک هدف واحد ندارد. مهارت حرفه‌ای فقط یکی از ده‌ها خروجی ممکن آموزش هنر است. اهدافی مانند رشد ادراک، بیان شخصی، حساسیت عاطفی، لذت، بازی، کشف و تجربهٔ زیسته، به همان اندازه معتبرند. او هشدار می‌دهد اگر آموزش هنر صرفاً به مهارت تکنیکی تقلیل یابد، بخش بزرگی از انسان‌ها از هنر حذف خواهند شد.

در نهایت، از نظر من، هنرجو الزاماً قرار نیست به یک طراح حرفه‌ای تبدیل شود، اما لازم است حداقلی از زبان دیداری را تجربه کند؛ تا اگر روزی تصمیم گرفت آن را کنار بگذارد، بداند دقیقاً چه چیزی را کنار می‌گذارد. طراحی یک زبان است، و میزان آموختن آن مستقیماً به این پرسش وابسته است: «هدف من از دنبال‌کردن هنر چیست؟»

آموزش طراحی باید متناسب با هدف، سن و مسیر هنرجو تعریف شود. تجربهٔ زبان طراحی برای اکثر هنرجویان مفید است، اما حرفه‌ای شدن در آن تنها برای گروهی از هنرجویان ضروری است. تشخیص این تفاوت، مسئولیت هنرجو نیست؛ مسئولیت مستقیم مدرس است.

Overall, the lines reflect an analytical and structural approach, where understanding form and spatial orientation takes priority over finish or detail.
